Is your activity legal?
Our activity is fully legal, registered in accordance with the procedure. Activity caused by the presence of individual activities carried out in document No. (42.60G)-100-1272 .
When the goods are sent?
The items can be sent in 1 - 3 working days from payment, except for pictures, china, pottery, this kind of items are shipped within 5 - 7 working days.
How long does it take to receive package?
In Lithuania package is delivered within 3 working days in abroad it takes from 14 to 20 working days.
What are the conditions of goods returning?
If you did not like the high-quality product (brand) that you have got - it (they) can be returned. Return intact, undamaged and unused product can be within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods notified us about the return by e-mail: info@artincart.com Specified repayment terms returning high-quality product by your choice, we not later than five work days payment, that you have paid for the item, will be returned to your bank account. Delivery costs of the goods shall not be refunded and it is responsibility of buyer which returns high-quality goods. In order to properly identify the items and to ensure safe shipment, the goods must be returned in the original packaging in which it was obtained.
If the commodity (commodities) are returned for their defects or deficiencies, it can be returned in accordance with applicable law. Defected or deficiency product in the buyer's choice can be replaced by another, or returned purchase price of the product. Considering specific of our products sold in the shop, let us note that the same kind of handicraft defects or repairable defective of products can not be considered negligible sizes, colors, patterns and other decorative elements differences, as highlighted by the natural pearl, coral, shell, semi-precious stones, natural texture and its differences and so on.
If you decide to return faulty goods you must inform us of their return, properly package and return the goods in the same terms, and under the same conditions as described above in column about returning high-quality goods.

Is it safe to send fragile items?
Yes. All items are packaged in the safest way, especially fragile things; it is placed in a foam box.
Is it possible to change the piercing fasteners?
If it is desired, fasteners, can be converted/changed into silver, without changing/working fee.
